Letting go

"You will find that it is necessary to let things go; simply for the reason that they are heavy. So let them go...let go of them. I tie no weights to my ankles"

"Holding on to something that is good for you now may be the very reason why you don't have something better"

"We can't be afraid of change. You may feel very secure in the pond that you are in, btu if you never venture out of it, you will never know that there is such a thing as an ocean..a sea"

Friends

Two lines

Recognize when you're starting to waste time. Not everyone can handle your consistency.

"I'm keeping my heart to myself for now. It needs rest & time to rejuvenate."

At times its better 2 starve & see clear, than 2 be fed beautiful bitter fruit. I'll die starved knowing ur fruit was tainted

When the chemistry is gone, the history doesn't matter..

Some will love you for your perfections and others for your imperfections. Choose wisely on who you decide to love back.

It was never my intention to fall for you. It was never your intention to catch my fall

We used to shine so bright now look where love has brought us our hearts combust now all that's left is stardust.

Last time I felt alive is when I looked in your eyes. So when you walked away a piece of me died.

I believed that you were the one. I can only hope we grow strong.

"I don't mind being naked with you. I unbuttoned my soul & unzipped my heart."

Everybody told me he was no good. Guess I had to find out on my own.

I was ready to give you the crown you deserved. But you could only see yourself in rags..

His approach to me was right, I was in love with the good vibes he sensed... Ah this feeling of being loved to soon..

My flame is fragile but it shines bright. I promise to never need your fuel, only your protection

Death 2

You can shed tears that she is gone,
or you can smile because she has lived.
You can close your eyes and pray that she'll come back,
or you can open your eyes and see all she's left.
Your heart can be empty because you can't see her,
or you can be full of the love you shared.
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.
You can remember her only that she is gone,
or you can cherish her memory and let it live on.
You can cry and close your mind,
be empty and turn your back.
Or you can do what she'd want:
smile, open your eyes, love and go on.

Death

Two golden hearts stopped beating, Four shining eyes at rest, God broke my heart to prove to me, he only takes the best. One thousands words couldn't bring you back, I know because I've tried, Neither could one thousand tears, I know because I've cried. It breaks my heart to see you there, I'll get over it, Well I'll try, But what really broke my heart the most, You didn't say goodbye..

The days will always be brighter because he existed. The nights will always be darker because he's gone. And no matter what anybody says about grief and about time healing all wounds, the truth is: there are certain sorrows that never fade away until the heart stops beating and the last breath is taken.

I wonder as i wander, out under the sky, why do people I care about always have to die? Are you happy where you are, wherever that might be? I wonder as i wander, do you still think of me? Is it nice up there in heaven? For i know you made it there. Are the clouds made out of marshmallows, do you know that i still care? I looked up at the winter sky and shed a single tear. I think of all the days gone by, I'll always hold you dear. I wonder as i wander, out under the sky, why do people i care about, always have to die?

Change

Coping with change follows the same steps as the grieving process.  The steps are shock and denial that the old routine must be left behind, then anger that change is inevitable, then despair and a longing for what was, and eventual acceptance of the new and a brighter view of the future.  Everyone works through this process; for some the transition is lightning fast, for others painfully slow.  Above all –

                             REALIZE YOUR CAPACITY TO ADAPT.

We shouldn’t expect all of the changes ahead to be painless, demanding only minimal sacrifice, cost or effort.  In fact, we should expect some dead ends, some breakdowns in communications and some misunderstandings, despite our best efforts to avoid them.  We may not be able to anticipate all of the problems ahead, but we can map out in general terms how we will deal with them.
