I cried. I dont believe children should ever. ever. be robbed of their childhood for any reason. There's no justification in my book. And it depresses me.

Back story - so ugly betty & her boss man r having a convo abt this girl he loves that is dying evidently. of course, he's not happy abt it. so he wants more time with her, & betty's like 'u just cant'. he responds 'thats just not good enough'. & so she says to him:

'sometimes, you dont get more time with someone, sometimes u just have to be happy with the time that u do get.'

I dont know why it took Ugly Betty for it to click with me but, I guess I'll take him as i've got him now. And if i'm still here when he wants more, all the better ^_^
